All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

As we operate using a dropshipping model, products are sourced from international suppliers. In some cases, processing may take slightly longer depending on product availability.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the system. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
